Order Changes or Cancellations

We work hard to get our customers’ orders shipped as quickly as possible. As a result, once your order is received and marked “shipped,” we cannot accept cancellations or changes. Customers with any changes or cancellation requests are encouraged to contact us as quickly as possible with their changes. Simply email us at hello@friendlygoodsco.com with your request. 

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident that you will love them. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item–or we mail you the wrong item–please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to provide a replacement.
